The game of baseball has become so specialized that it is no longer a seasonal sport. Players are training all year round and specializing in specific positions at earlier ages. Due to the constant training and throwing throughout the year, injuries in throwing athletes are more prevalent than ever. This makes proper throwing and pitching mechanics more important than ever. I have been working with pitchers of all ages for the last seven years to help prevent these injuries and maximize the throwing potential in baseball players. 
Many pitchers I have worked with have had great success in high school, college, and some have even achieved success at the professional level.
